Frequent questions from shoppers:  

 

 

 

Q. How long before I get my order?  

 

A. W ship orders within 4-8 days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time can vary from 1-6 days. We are located in Charlotte, NC so if you live in NC you will get it within 5-10 days, for those of you in California it may take 9-14 days. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of ordering it contact us. Some items such as all over dye sub shirts and cut and sewn items can take up to 2 weeks to produce.  

 

Q.What type of t-shirts do you use?  

 

A. We offer all different kinds of garments and items. Once you have selected an item you can read the description below it. That will list all pertinent info, including apparel brands. We carry American Apparel, Hanes, Anvil, Gildan, Bella and more. 

 

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?  

 

A. Items on Galloree.com are custom made and printed just for you. We can not offer returns unless the item is defective. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues. Please refer to our size charts to make sure your garment will fit, If you are unsure we recommend ordering a size up.  

 

Q. Can I cancel an order once I place it.  

 

A. That depends. If you contact us within a few hours, yes you can. If you are drinking and shopping one night and realize the next day, it will be very difficult to cancel your order. This is because we print our products as they are ordered. Once we begin production of your item, we can not go back.  

 

Q.Can I order something and Tweak the design?  

 

A. No, since our items are designed by outside artists we don’t have exclusive rights to the designs, so we cant change them. You can however create your own design.  

 

Q. Can you help me design a t-shirt for my grandma’s birthday.  

 

A. Even though that sounds awesome, we do not offer design services. Our customers are responsible for providing print ready artwork for us to print. Learn more about our art guidelines here.  

 

Q. Do you offer any bulk discounts?  

 

A. Yes!!! Beyond the print on demand and individual items, we operate automatic screen printing presses and high volume equipment. Check out our screen printing website for more info; tshirtcharity.com. We produce thousands of screen printed tees, vinyl stickers and more everyday. You will need to order a minimum quantity to recieve discounts. Discounts begin at 24 items with the same print.

Q. What type of artwork do I need to upload? 

 

A. View our artwork Guidelines here 

 

Q. I want to sell my designs here; now what?  

 

A. Simple, create an account, watch our tutorial and you will be ready to go.  

 

Q. How much should I mark up my products?  

 

A. Thats up to you. Keep in mind that people are not going to pay $75.00 for a tshirt and you don't want to only make $5.00 if someone buys a framed print of your artwork. Our system will allow you to mark up your items one by one or use a percentage to mark up all your products. For example if a t-shirt has a base price of $10.00 and you mark it up 50% you will make $5.00, or if a 24 x 36 canvas has a base price of $50.00 you will make $25.00. Generally we recommend a 40% markup. You have total control of your markups. Nice, real nice.  

 

Q. How do I get paid when my designs sell.  

 

A. We pay through PayPal. You must have a PayPal account if you want to get paid your markups. You will be paid within 15 days of the order being received by the customer. Most similar sites pay 60 days after your designs are sold. We realize paying and keeping our designers happy is the key to our success.  

 

Q. Do customer returns effect what I get paid?  

 

A. Unfortunately, yes. We allow our shoppers to return or exchange items within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. This gives us a window to adjust your profits. Our designer are our partners and both parties have to share the burden of a return or exchange. We pay all return expenses and the seller simply does not receive a profit. A return does not affect future profits or cost the seller any money in any way.  

 

Q.Any tips for getting people to buy my designs?  

 

A. Of course, when you win, we win. We will help in any way we can. Check out seller tips.  

 

Q.Can I sell my own products through the store? For example; like a painting or a sculpture?  

 

A. Currently no, however we are working on developing that feature into our website and stores.  

 

Q. Do I still own the right to my design if I sell it on Galloree.com?  

 

A. Yes, you do. Galloree.com will have the rights to sell the design on our site. You will retain rights to the designs and can remove it from our site at any time, as well as sell it through other sites and avenues.
